We accept the following payment methods:
Cash (Sterling), Cheque, Credit/Debit Cards & Paypal. All payments via paypal must include order reference number. Please note that we only sell within the UK and do not ship Internationally.
Payment by Cheque If you pay by cheque, we will despatch the goods once the cheque has cleared, informing you of the despatch date. To do so, select the offline payment button at the bottom of the check out page.
Contact Us If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. In the unlikely event you have any problems with products supplied by the companies on this site, we will process the query with the utmost urgency.
Delivery Delivery will be via Royal Mail, Courier or our local delivery vehicle. We aim to despatch all goods within 1-3 working days from order receipt. If ordered goods are not in stock we will contact you via e-mail/telephone to advise of an alternative product or full refund.
Returns and Refund policy
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not satisfied with any product you buy from us you may return it (without giving a reason if you wish) up to 14 days after receipt of your order, provided they are unused, unopened and kept in original packaging (including their documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories). Postage and insurance are not refundable.
If you are returning goods, you must make your own arrangements for shipping the goods to our premises at your cost. On receipt of the returned goods we will refund the full amount within 14 days. If we are collecting goods on your behalf then we may deduct the cost of collection from your refund.
For your complete satisfaction, we offer a full refund on any unwanted orders placed on our website. As per our delivery options you can email us: info@pc-uk.net or call 01942 896555 within 24hrs to notify us of any changes to your order. We will refund the full amount within 30 days of the cancellation of the order.
Defective items may be returned together with a copy of our invoice for a full refund including the carriage costs. As all of our products carry their warranties from respective manufacturers, we will be pleased to replace these products provided prior Returned Material Authorization is issued by their manufacturer.
